At Introspective Collective, we are dedicated to providing the flexibility, autonomy and space to allow each team member creativity in their role. The ideal candidate is invested in working for the group practice for at least one year but also interested in building the business skills to run their own individual practice. At Introspective Collective, you have access to clinical supervision to hone your clinical skills while choosing your individual niche and building the business skills required to manage your own practice following licensure.

We are a dynamic and collaborative team who values working collectively to improve the health and wellness of our community.
With supervisor billing, pre-licensed therapists are able to accept insurance. This enables the therapist to access a large group of potential clients, making filling your caseload much easier. It also makes therapy accessible to more of the population.
We provide evidence-based and clinically sound therapy, but we are not pushing a brand of therapy. I started this group practice because I enjoyed consulting with and supporting pre-licensed therapists and therapists new to private practice in figuring out their individual style and niche as well as the business aspects of the job.
We are a tiny team and plan to stay this way! My goal with the group practice is providing personalized support and small group supervision so individuals have plenty of space for consulation. If you prefer to be on a small supportive team rather than a cog in a wheel, we’re a great fit!
Qualifications:
Do you have a minimum of one year of experience as a therapist or counselor?
Do you have an active associate license, either CSWA or LPC associate?
Are you able to see at least 10 clients weekly with benefits such as PTO and health insurance provided at 25 clients per week?
Do you have skills in evidenced based practices?
Are you interested in learning to market yourself to clients and open to providing initial consultations?
Are you willing to attend supervision meetings that will count towards your clinical supervision hours?
Do you want to work with adults individually? We do not offer services to couples or children.
Do you have a client-centered orientation to therapy, characterized by a warm, welcoming demeanor and talent for embracing and validating the client’s unique experiences?
Are you willing to commit to one year with the group?
