Individual Therapy in the Portland Metro Area

If you’re in the Portland metro area and searching for a therapist who’s not just skilled but also warm, down-to-earth, and invested in your growth — welcome. You’ve found a team that values real connection, collaborative care, and showing up with intention.

At Introspective Collective, we’re a group of relational therapists offering individual therapy to adults across Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, Gresham, and surrounding communities. We work with people navigating anxiety, addiction, OCD, phobias, mood issues, identity, trauma, relationships, and life transitions — or simply feeling stuck and ready for something to shift.

Whether you’re brand new to therapy or returning after time away, we’ll meet you where you are.

Therapy in Portland That’s Rooted in Relationship

Our work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship — the one you have with your therapist, and the one you have with yourself.

Each of our therapists brings their own unique style and clinical background, but we all share a commitment to:

  • Building real, collaborative relationships with clients

  • Working from a trauma-informed, inclusive lens

  • Welcoming feedback and adjusting as we go

  • Staying connected as a team so our clients benefit from shared knowledge and support

We care deeply about making therapy a space that’s spacious, attuned, and thoughtful — not one-size-fits-all.

Who We Work With

We support adults across the Portland area who are working through:

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Chronic health issues

  • Trauma, including complex and relational trauma

  • Grief, loss, and major life transitions

  • LGBTQIA+ identity exploration and gender-affirming care

  • Depression

  • Relationship concerns or attachment wounds

  • Burnout, perfectionism, or a harsh inner critic

  • OCD and specific phobias

  • Feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure where to start

  • Stress related to current events, including climate anxiety, political tension, and uncertainty about the future

Our therapists are collaborative, curious, and not afraid to slow down and stay with the hard stuff.

We currently offer both in-person sessions in our Portland office and teletherapy for clients across Oregon.

Why Work With Us

We’re not a big agency or a scripted operation. We’re a small group practice that values:

  • Transparency – We’re clear, responsive, and honest from the first contact onward.

  • Team Fit – We help you find a therapist who truly matches your needs and personality.

  • Collaboration – You’re not doing this alone; therapy is a partnership.

  • Ongoing Growth – We care about getting better — as clinicians and as humans.

Each therapist brings their own voice and style, and we support each other so you get care that’s rooted, not rushed.
