Individual Therapy in Portland, Oregon
Looking for individual therapy in Portland? Introspective Collective is a group practice of relational therapists offering in-person sessions at our Portland office and teletherapy throughout Oregon. We work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic health concerns, identity questions, relationship patterns, and major life transitions.
Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after time away, we’ll help you find a therapist whose approach and personality feel like a good fit.
A Relational Approach to Therapy
We believe meaningful therapy begins with a genuine, collaborative relationship. Our therapists bring different experiences and styles, but share a commitment to thoughtful, trauma-informed and inclusive care.
Together, we’ll make room to explore what’s bringing you to therapy, notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and find an approach that reflects your needs and goals. We welcome your feedback and adjust our work as we go.
